Among Doctors

Among Doctors is a private and exclusive professional platform, which helps doctors build networks and collaborate with reliable and outstanding colleagues all over the globe. We were challenged to create a simple yet functional platform which would work on any device.

The one key requirement was that things needed to be familiar to users – as always. We had to follow proven conventions as had been laid down by industry leaders like Facebook and LinkedIn. So, how do you create a unique design, which also doesn’t step on the toes of simplicity and existing paradigms? You start from scratch.

The Header & Icon Language

We started off with the most functional part of the platform, the header. We needed to be concise both with the icons, as well as the subsequent functionality. This lead to the adoption of the Feather Icons set. A simple and elegant yet absolutely comprehensive icon set – which we adapted to our needs in many cases.

Among Doctors Main Screens

As all startups, Among Doctors also needed to be able to adapt quickly when and if needed. This lead to a very modular design. Everything was built on top of a grid, and all elements can be repurposed and re-used as something else.
